THE BRAND
PERC Coffee is a specialty coffee roaster founded in Savannah, Georgia. They focus on small-batch roasting that brings out bold, unique flavors in every bean. Their packaging is bright and eye-catching, reflecting their straightforward, no-fuss approach to great coffee.
Today, PERC has several cafés across Georgia, including a few in Atlanta. They serve both retail and wholesale customers, with a strong emphasis on ethical sourcing, barista education, and building community around coffee.
THE ROLE
As the Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist, I led a refreshed marketing strategy across SMS, email, social media, events, and affiliate channels. I revitalized brand presence with a consistent content calendar, community management, and new brand guidelines. I drove social awareness, conversions, and sales growth through UGC, influencer partnerships, and targeted digital campaigns.

CONTENT CREATION
I produced high-quality, on-trend Reels that drove strong engagement and helped grow the brand’s reach. Each piece was crafted to capture attention quickly while staying true to the brand voice and visual style.
INFLUENCER / UGC STRATEGY
Through strategic audience research, I identified and partnered with UGC creators and influencers who aligned with our brand voice and audience interests. One standout was Olympic powerlifter Jourdan Delacruz, an existing PERC superfan, whose involvement helped expand our reach and laid the foundation for an athlete-focused ambassador program that continues to thrive today. This approach delivered authentic, engaging content that resonated with both our loyal community and new audiences.​
